Living Room

Spacious open plan living room / dining room / kitchen. Two large bed settees. Air conditioning. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a high standard, with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, extensive range of utensils, dining table with 6 chairs.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes, vanity unit, hair dryer, air conditioning, patio doors leading to separate terrace area.

Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, vanity unit, air conditioning, patio doors leading to main terrace.

Bathrooms

Ensuite bathroom to master bedroom, is fully tiled with large shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Main bathroom is fully tiled with shower cubicle, pedestal washbasin, and WC.

Hallway

With plentiful cupboards and wardrobe storage, including digital safe, leading to bedrooms, bathroom and lounge / kitchen.

Private Terrace

With beautiful sea views, wooden patio table with four chairs, perfect for alfresco dining.  A step leads down to shared patio area with large pool (9m x 4m x 2m), which enjoys an all day sun aspect. The pool which is available between May and October is shared with just three other apartments. Four wooden sun loungers, sun umbrella, two small wooden tables and gas BBQ are available for our guests use.

Cleaning / Maid Service

Twice weekly maid service, with change of bed linen and towels (beach towels are not provided)

Conditions

The apartment may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm due to its elevated position. The pool may not be suitable for young children as the minimum depth is two metres. Our property is no smoking throughout.
